A confidential online needs assessment session is offered to identify settlement needs prior to departure for Canada.
Site plan
A personalized document is dedicated to you, containing all the information and details you'll need for your future establishment. This document can be consulted at any time.
Reference and referral
Future immigrants will then be referred to other services and organizations in their respective settlement areas.
Personalized follow-up
We'll ensure continuity of services prior to arrival, and provide guided accompaniment until your arrival in Canada.

Information and orientation sessions
Information sessions on life in Canada such as housing, education, health, etc. are offered to help future immigrants prepare for their integration.
Participate in mentoring and support activities
These activities facilitate the integration of future arrivals by taking into account their personal and collective interests.

Between a newcomer and an established immigrant or Canadian, based on interests, demographics or location-related needs.

Employability department

Employability needs assessment
Determine the candidate's profile in terms of skills, professional experience, academic background and career objectives, in order to set up a personalized action plan.
Presentation of employment workshops
Offer tools to improve job search strategies: CV and cover letter writing, interview preparation, employment law, workplace culture and use of social media.
Labour market awareness in Atlantic Canada
To provide relevant information on the specific characteristics of the Atlantic Canada labor market, by province of settlement.
Referral to services after arrival in employability
Refer new arrivals to regional employability organizations, to continue the job search support process as soon as they arrive in the province.

Webinars and workshops
Experts from regulatory bodies and professionals who have gone through the certification process will explain all the steps involved in the recognition and certification process.
Individual consulting sessions
Individual support is offered to each customer, with a personalized action plan and follow-up to help navigate the certification process.
Mentoring programs
Through our local network of contacts, we facilitate the establishment of contacts between professional mentors and new customers, to guide them through the recognition process and help them integrate the job market.
PALO Initiative - Teachers' Corridor
Specially dedicated to internationally-trained teachers. It includes a mentoring program, a community integration support program, an experience-sharing platform and partnerships with training institutions.
